How an off-road teambuilding starts
We start with dedicated time for briefings followed by test tours so everyone can get a feel for how the machine moves. Whether driving ATVs, Buggies, or participating in an off-road Jeep, our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable and confident. We are in no hurry. We try to give clear instructions and enough time for everyone to get used to their chosen machine and off-road terrain.
This creates a sense of calm and prepares the group for the next part of the adventure. When the foundation is stable, the experience happens naturally without undue tension.
What happens during the route
Once the group sets off, the route and the scenery show their magic. Getting out of the usual office environment changes the way people communicate, help each other and react spontaneously. Some come with a lot of enthusiasm, others with a little trepidation, but over the course of the walk everyone finds their pace. Teambuilding with off-road gives the team the opportunity to experience something real and shared - movement, adrenaline, concentration and moments of relaxation in nature. These small details create a sense of community without imposing it as a goal. Nature brings people together casually.
