At HILLVIEW, we’re already organizing off-road adventures in Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv и Varna. Regardless of the location you choose, our priority is to ensure that every customer receives the same level of service, excellent organization, and a safe experience.
That’s why we periodically bring our teams together in one place—not to study theory, but to share the experience we’ve gained from the hundreds of groups we’ve led over the years. The most valuable lessons always come from real-life situations, not from manuals. Last Saturday, our colleagues from Plovdiv and Varna spent a day with our team in Veliko Tarnovo. They immersed themselves in the day-to-day work and got involved in organizing our tours, participating in every step of the process
Lessons That Can't Be Learned from a Manual
Throughout the day, our focus wasn’t just on the machines or the routes, but—most importantly—on the people.
We discussed how we welcome each guest, how we conduct our briefings with patience and care, and how to determine when someone needs a little more time and attention before setting off. We talked about how we carefully select the most appropriate route so that it matches the age, experience, and expectations of each participant.
For our colleagues from Plovdiv and Varna, this was an opportunity to see firsthand how we work with small companies, large groups, and corporate teams. They observed how we coordinate the vehicles and keep the group moving at a steady pace. And last but not least—how we respond to various situations that may arise during an off-road adventure.
