Hiring Process:

• Select your bike and proceed to entering your details;
• Enter all the data needed to conclude the digital contract;
• Once you complete your order you will be redirected to the rental section;
• You need to take photos of the bike before your rental starts;
• As soon as you upload photos, you will be redirected to information on how to start your bike;
• At the end of your rental, you need to upload post-operation photos to trigger the return of your deposit.

Choosing a bike:

• Coswheel T20 electric bicycles
  - mileage between 20-40km+;
  Mileage depends on weight, terrain, speed, etc. On basically steep terrain, a person with more weight, driving at high speed and using constant assistance, mileage can drop to 20-25km. On flat terrain, driving at a moderate speed and using the pedals when steering, the mileage can reach well over 40-50km.
  - Suitable for people up to 185cm tall;
• Coshweel T26 electric bicycles
  - higher mileage;
  - suitable for people over 185cm tall;
  - can be rented from our base in the village of Arbanassi.

Additional conditions

• Requirements
  - It is forbidden for two people to ride the e-bikes;
  - The bikes are returned to our base;
  - There is a deposit of €25 for a mountain bike and €50 for an electric bike;
  All deposits paid by bank transfer are refundable within 1 working day* after the return of the bike. All deposits paid in cash are refundable upon physical return of the bike.
  *the processing time for the transaction between the banks is not included in this period

• Hiring process and familiarity with basic safety guidelines when operating the machine
  - Once you have completed the autonomous bike rental process you will receive an email confirming your bike rental;
  - You will be redirected to the rental page on our website, where you will find instructions on how to strat and operate the bike;
  - Safety helmets will be provided
