• Driving on off-road terrain and riding two people on one bicycle is prohibited;
• Charged battery with a range between 20 and 40km+ depending on terrain and level of assist;
• Safety instruction and operation of the hired machine;
• A deposit of 100BGN is required for the rental of a machine;
• A helmet is provided. Before the start of the walk, the necessary documents are filled in.
• The minimum age to ride an electric bike is 12 years.
• We also provide a transfer with an additional charge of 10 BGN / person for a minimum of 2 people.

• Requirements
  - It is forbidden to ride two people on e-bikes
  - The bikes are returned to our base in the village of. Arbanassi.
  - A deposit of 100BGN is required for an e-bike
  All deposits paid by bank transfer are refundable within 1 working day* after the return of the bike. All deposits paid in cash are refundable upon physical return of the bike.
  *the processing time for the transaction between the banks is not included in this period

IMPORTANT: When renting an electric bicycle, driving on OFFROAD TERRAINS IS PROHIBITED!

• Hiring process and familiarity with basic safety guidelines when operating the machine
  - Once you have completed your order you need to make a reservation for your bike rental;
  - The bike is picked up directly from our base in the village of Arbanassi;
  - A rental agreement is signed and a deposit is paid. You will be given a briefing on site.

• Add an experience
  - Tasting at the winery "Yalovo": visit of the winery, discussion about the history of the winery, presentation of production methods and techniques, tasting of 7 wonderful wines and homemade appetizers, lasting about 1 hour. A bike rental of at least 4 hours is required to visit the winery;
  - picnic with a plateau of delicious local food and fruit and specially selected wine from the Yalovo winery lasting about 1 hourdepending on your preferences;
  - horseback riding: hiking in the nature or training in the arena, according to the level of training at the Kaloyan Equestrian Center lasting 30 minutes
