The tours without off-road "Etara and Bozhentsi" or "Krushuni waterfalls" are a tour visiting various historical sites in the regions around the town of Krushuni. The tour is conducted in air-conditioned passenger car and takes 4 hours or 8 hours.
The tour can start from our base in the village Arbanassi or we can pick you up from a convenient location within Veliko Tarnovo or Arbanassi.
In the half-day tour with a duration of 4 hours you have the opportunity to visit the Dryanovo Monastery "St. Michael the Archangel", the Cave of Bacho Kiro, the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum "Etar". Also Sokol Monastery "Assumption of the Virgin Mary".
The tour begins with a visit to the Dryanovo Monastery, which is situated in the picturesque gorge of the Dryanovo River, and in the immediate vicinity is the Bacho Kiro Cave. It is one of the diamonds in the cave necklace of Bulgaria. At this location you will have about 1 hour break to visit both attractions.
Then we are going to "Etara", where the spirit of Bulgaria and traditions are transported through time and space so that every guest can experience them. At "Etara" again about 1 hour break is provided to visit the museum. Depending on the time remaining, you could also have the opportunity to visit the Sokol Monastery with its amazing beauty and landscape views. Then we go back to Veliko Tarnovo where we drop you off at a convenient location.
In the all-day tour with a duration of 8 hours you have the opportunity to visit Tryavna, Bozhentsi, Dryanovo Monastery "St. Archangel Michael", Bacho Kiro Cave, Ethnographic Open-Air Museum "Etar". Also Sokol Monastery "Assumption of the Virgin Mary".

A stay of about 1 hour and 30 minutes is planned in the village of Bozhentsi, this includes time for lunch in the village. Afterwards we head to the town of Tryavna, which is one of the centres of the Bulgarian Revival. There are preserved houses with Renaissance architecture and the works of the Trevna school of icon painting. A break of about 1 hour is provided for you to explore the most interesting corners of the town, and after your tour we head back to Veliko Tarnovo, where we drop you off at a convenient location.
In the half-day tour with a duration of 4 hours you have the opportunity to visit Krushuna Falls. They are one of the most beautiful and charming waterfalls in Bulgaria and a favorite destination for many tourists. The trip to the waterfalls takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. A break of about 1 hour is provided at the site to enjoy the stunning beauty of the falls and to explore the eco-trails revealing all their charm.
In the full-day tour with a duration of about 8 hours, the sights are added to the Devetashka Cave, Lovech Fortress and the architectural and historical Varosha Reserve in town Lovech.
A break about 40 minutes is provided for visiting the cave. It is one of the largest and most majestic in Bulgaria. You will be convinced of this.
After visiting Krushuna Falls and Devetashka cave we set off for the town of Lovech. You will have about 2 hours and 30 minutes rest. You will visit the Lovech Fortress, the Varosha architectural and historical reserve, the "Covered" bridge, and you have the option of lunch in the area. Then we head back to Veliko Tarnovo and drop you off at a convenient location.
