Free transfer:

• Order from anywhere in the city. Veliko Tarnovo or Arbanassi village and get free transport to the nearest bike location
  During the checkout process, please indicate the address/hotel you are at. Within 40 minutes we will provide a free shuttle service from your address to the nearest point where electric bikes are available, from where you will start your rental.
  *not valid for Plovdiv area

• Mountain bikes
  - 10 pieces available
  - smaller suitable for people up to 170cm and larger suitable for people over 170cm
  - 21 speeds, light and suitable even for rough roads
  - only for the Veliko Tarnovo area

• Electric bicycles
  - attractive and innovative vision
  - extremely convenient and easy to operate
  - 14 pieces available
  - smaller suitable for people up to 180cm and larger suitable for people up to and over 180cm
  - batteries with a range between 20 and 40km+ depending on the terrain and degree of assistance
  - models suitable for urban conditions as well as models suitable for dirt roads
  – in Plovdiv region 4 electric bicycles are available

Additional conditions for your electric bike rental

• Requirements
  - It is forbidden to ride two people on e-bikes
  - Bicycles are returned from the starting point of their pick-up
  - A deposit of 50lv for a mountain bike and 100lv for an e-bike is required.
  All deposits paid by bank transfer are refundable within 1 working day* after the return of the bike. All deposits paid in cash are refundable upon physical return of the bike.
  *the processing time for the transaction between the banks is not included in this period

Hiring process and familiarity with basic safety guidelines when operating the machine

• After completing your order you need to make a reservation for the rental of your bike, if you wish to pick it up directly from our base in the village of Arbanassi;
• If you want to rent the bike from one of the authorized points in Veliko Tarnovo, you can sign a digital contract rent a bike directly on site - fast, easy and convenient;
  Authorised points: Mini Park Bulgaria, Museum Gallery Khan Hadji Nikoli, Grand Hotel Veliko Tarnovo, Trapezitsa Fortress, Multimedia Visitor Centre "Tsarevgrad Tarnov"
• When you pick up your bike from our base or after you sign a digital rental contract, you will receive instructions on how to unlock and start your bike
• You need to return the bicycle from the point where you picked it up or to any of the other authorised points.

• Add an experience
  - Tasting at the winery "Yalovo": visit of the winery, discussion about the history of the winery, presentation of production methods and techniques, tasting of 7 wonderful wines and homemade appetizers, lasting about 1 hour;
  - picnic with a plateau of delicious local food and fruit and specially selected wine from Yalovo Winery or Villa Justina Winery, lasting about 1 hourdepending on your preferences;
  - Tasting in the wine cellar "Villa Justina": tasting quantity of 2 wines from the series MONOGRAM, Special Reserve and 2 wines of choice from the other series of current vintages, served with bread, mineral water, dairy and meat appetizers, lasting about 1 hour;
  - horseback riding: hiking in the nature or training in the arena, according to the level of training in the horse riding base "Kaloyan" or in the surroundings of the village of Ustina, lasting 30 minutes.
